I’m not a fan of the rain. Drenched days depress me though the irony of my name. Grey days tire my bones and paralyze my creativity. All it activates is my Netflix account tuned to Grey’s Anatomy reruns.
The usual scalpel slices and The never ending Meredith x Derek romance usually tunes up my mood. Sometimes a pint of Talenti Caramel Cookie Crunch helps too. Maybe both of them together when I specially feel too lazy to even break open a pack of ramen noodles to lunch on. Don’t judge me. I know you do it too.
But sometimes, life can’t end on rainy days. And sometimes you simply just have to push for things to get done. Sometimes bones must be cracked, and creativity unparalyzed. Soft Velvet Culottes never fail to pull me out of bed. Paired with a gorgeous tailored white coat and it almost seems as if I’ve had my dose of Talenti ice cream.
And these shoes! Sigerson Morrison ‘s Ice in nude are my go-to dose of caffeine. They never fail to make me feel as if I’m worth millions.
Who wants to go back to bed after these pieces have made their way to my being? Not me.
