Because it really is about how I used to rock Bed Head in high school! I was never the type to wake up and get my hair fully done. I was that girl who would rather get made up with the best shade of Claire’s new lipstick ( or Smacker’s!) Am I right ladies from the 90’s? Kept it messy. Kept is simple. I always thought of it as a bully repellant. Back then, cool girls rocked beach waves, but for short haired girls like me , it was pretty cool to rock a bed head. I decided to see how it feels to go back to my high school trend for a day as I stepped into The Drawing Room’s Salon in Soho, New York City where they sell all Bed Head by TIGI products. Alex, a TIGI stylist and the creative director. was super awesome and wanted to play my little game as well! He used the new Joyride Texturizing Powder Balm to give me that sexy, tousled look without making it look like I tried too hard. A few sprays here, some putty there and it felt like 2005 all over again.
