There’s nothing like coming home to your apartment filled with everything you love. For those of you who know me well enough, you know that I am an organized mess. This means my place is slightly messy ( okay guys, give me a break and don’t roll your eyes) but the mess is what keeps things organized. If that even makes any sense.
Some of my favorite things are pictured below. These are things you all ask me questions about on snapchat, message me about on the DM, or you repeatedly see on my social platforms. This isn’t all of it ( because my favorite straw hat that you see in all my photos isn’t pictured, obviously).
1. Baby’s Breath Flowers
They’re so subtle, simple and just cute. How can you hate on these little cuties? I buy them by the bulk at our local market and have a bunch in every room of my place. It easily lights up any room and any decor without over powering the interior.
2. I’m in love with the CoCo
Who isn’t? If and when I splurge on one bag, it’s a Chanel. Did you know that it is the only bag that appreciates in value over time? I consider it an investment. This below is my favorite piece. I love buying Vintage pieces because no one else would have it whilst everyone who shops at any Chanel store will have to prepare to match every other girl on the street. Nope passing on that. I buy my Vintage Chanels from the one and only What Goes around Comes around shop in Soho, NYC. You’re guaranteed high quality and great conditioned pieces!
3. My Favorite scent
My favorite days are wearing the simplest outfit ( basics on basics) and just spritz some of this on and begin feeling like a queen.
4. Basics on Basics on Basics
If you really think about it, trends come and go, basics are forever. Basics never expire. You can commit the crime of outfit repetition and still look awesome with a plain white T and some old worn out Levis. ‘Sides that, I also love comfy undergarments like this lace bra from For Love and Lemons which is basically almost worn out due to me wearing it almost everyday for the past four years. I literally live in Calvins. This bra is the most comfy thing I have in my closet. I think every girl should own atleast one of these. Lastly, the newest member of my undies drawer, The Upbra. This baby surprised me! I thought I was just getting another bra ( whatever, right?), but she so isn’t ordinary. You can move the straps around about 80 million times to make sure no straps ever show, plus this baby is adjustable in every way ( midpart, back end, sideways) that you can wear her with almost everything and look great while still being super comfy ( also, the pads have fancy grippers that grip onto you so you never have to worry about spaces in between your boob and the actual bra!

5. White sneakers FTW!
I never thought I’d ever have a personal connection with any of my white sneakers until I met KAM. She’s designed by Kenneth Cole. She fits the curves of your feet like a glove. She’s all luxury leather and goes so well with every single one of your outfits ( throw us one, I dare ya). I wear her every single day with every one of my get ups as you can see, she’s very worn out. But it only means we’ve been through so many awesome walks together. Love my Kams!
6. Get loose!
For those of you who know me very well, you know I am torn between Matcha, Coffee and Tea. I love all three equally which means I love caffeine. My favorite are loose teas! I especially love black teas infused with dried floral and fruit tones. Harney and Sons along with Teami has the best ones! They are full of caffeine and flavor, I start my days with them. Sometimes I can’t pick one so I just bunch them all up into one drink.
7. Shine Bright
I love these two so much! Especially on days where I just don’t want to feel too done up, I just dab on Orgasm by Nars and a slight highlight from Becca’s Champagne POP! These two are great partners or great just by themselves as well. Flattering every shade I’ve ever been ( really pale winter skin and sunkissed summer tans) Either way, every look I do is always with these staples.
Oh! Another ( recent) favorite as well are Kat Von D’s Everlasting Liquid Lipsticks. My everyday shade is her Lolita.
8. Blue Jean Baby
I live in these jeans. They’re so worn out and huge on me but it’s exactly how I like them. I love thrifting these mom ( and dad) jeans or stopping by my favorite vintage shop, Another man’s treasure.
9. Rocks and my rock
There’s one from Morocco, one from Philippines, another from Thailand, and the list goes on. There is a rock here from every single city we’ve both stepped foot in. It’s like taking a piece ( literally) of the place home even though I cannot remember which ones came from where. Then there’s storm, my most favorite one ever. She’s got my heart this little one.
10. #Adultingthings
I never understood coasters until I had my own apartment. My favorite ones are these marble slap coasters that my friend Cynthia gave me during our Secret Santa. As you can see I literally use them for everything ( see above photos).
