With crop-top season almost over, it’s getting easier for us to slowly slip away from gym time. Getting into the last trek of the year, and being the busiest months for most of us, the agony of having to carry workout clothes is extra baggage… literally.

some chicken breast for the rest of the time! Raw nuts are also great to snack on.
