Amidst trying to sew together details of engagement parties and menus and wine pairings, the biggest detail of every bride’s wedding, is the dress.
Being someone who started her wedding Pinterest board quite early in life aka 14 years old, you’d think I would be so sure of what my wedding dress would be like. But no. I decided to stop in at David’s Bridal a few blocks down my apartment and try on different types of dresses to ease my search.
I found almost 8 dresses to be perfect – so perfect that it almost confused means my decision of finding the one, even more! Mermaid bodice, empire, princess, lace tattoo you name it, it is all stitched to perfection.
The service was impeccable and top notch! I needed not lift a finger as the stylists were at my every beck and call. Not a zipper left for me to zip or a button left to do myself. I felt like a queen.
Did I mention how pristine David’s Bridal lingerie is? It hugged me like no other and made the biggest difference in dress fitting!
Overall, the experience left me wondering how on earth people came about that sad statement about David’s when I sit here every ready to go on about how amazing my experience was. The marriage of great service and delicately beautiful dresses got me hooked! The only question I’ll leave unanswered for now is, if I found the one or not.
