I’m not a fan of the rain. Drenched days depress me though the irony of my name. Grey days tire my bones and paralyze my creativity. All it activates is my Netflix account tuned to Grey’s Anatomy reruns.

From the wood that makes your bed, to the uniforms of our staff, everything is pure and organic, yet staying tremendously chic all the way.

*A non fashion related post to throw you lovelies off a bit.* After years of trying to find the perfect shade and brand of foundation, I met Kat Von D’s Lock it Tattoo Foundation. Literally locking in every imperfection my face held, it held intact every pore I wanted to hide. Just as I got lucky with this amazing product, I found out that perhaps that’s not all that’s important. Maybe pores and blemishes were just as beautiful. Make up is a powerful tool and a wonderful way of enhancing your beauty. While it can give you a confidence boost, it should never become a crutch or a mask to hide behind. Mentoring high school senior Destiny for her graduate project has opened my eyes to what beauty is.
